Plume CMS 1.2.4 released !

The changelog :
- Added new plugin Alertcom for sending notification after comment
submission (Thanks to Kato Fong)
- Added omitted links to help section for comments and expiration date
setting
- Fixed the ending / of the hr tag removing by the visualedit code
cleaner when a style or a class is set.
- Fixed several security problems (XSS and CSRF)
- Fixed the OVH Problem on info tool (see here :http://groups.google.com/group/plume-cms-developers/t/610187e1d3afd66...)
- Greek translation updated
