In spite of the fact that the official site still announces version 0.7.1.2 like the last, one can find on SourceForge version 0.7.1.3.
What I can see, a correction of bug minor and some change or new functions.
CAUTION: Cgi may require more work to set up. gpc_magic_quotes must Be OFF and register_globals should work with it OFF.
